Կառավարության շենքի առջեւ ոստիկանները նորից բռնի գործողություններ են իրականացնում ցուցարարների եւ ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ: Նրանք մի փոքր տղայի էին հարվածում՝ գետնին գցելով ու մի քանի հոգով ուժ կիրառելով: Ոստիկաններից մեկը թեւով այնպես էր բռնել նրա պարանոցից, որ տղան կարմրել, շնչահեղձ էր լինում: Կանայք, մայրերը բղավում էին ու ամոթանք տալիս. «Չե՞ք ամաչում, երեխա ա, 30 հոգով մի երեխու եք ծեծում: Խեղդվա՜վ, խեղդվա՜վ…Վատացել ա երեխեն»:
