Aravot.am-ի հետ զրույցում փաստաբանը հայտնեց, որ մարդկանց ձերբակալել են զանգվածային անկարգություններին մասնակցելու համար. «Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցը հաղորդում է ներկայացնում քննչական կոմիտեին, այդ ընթացքում մեկ այլ ոստիկան զեկուցագիր է ներկայացնում, թե ինչպես է այս կամ այն քաղաքացին կատարել հանցավոր արարք, այն է՝ մասնակցել է զանգվածային անկարգությունների: Հիմա բազմաթիվ մարդկանց են ձերբակալել, այդ թվում իմ երեք վստահորդներին»:
Ի դեպ, նրանցից մեկին, ըստ Արսեն Բաբայանի գրառման՝ ձերբակալել են այն բանի համար, որ փորձել է փրկել անչափահաս տղայի, որին դաժանորեն ծեծում էին 5-6 ոստիկան: Փաստաբանը ենթադրում է, որ գնալու են մինչեւ ձերբակալվածների կալանավորման, եւ որ դիկտատուրան Հայաստանում աննախադեպ չափերի է հասել:
