Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը պահանջող ընդդիմադիր 16 կուսակցությունների աջակիցները, որոնք այսօր բողոքի ցույց են անում կառավարության շենքի մոտ, փորձ էին անում մտնել կառավարության շենք։ Սակայն այն կանխվեց ոստիկանների միջոցով։ Կառավարության շենքի մոտ մեծ թվով ոստիկաններ կային։

«Դու Ադրբեջանի ազգային հերոսն ես, քո կնոջ հետ, ամո՛թ», «Առանց Նիկոլ Հայաստան», «Նիկոլ , դավաճան»․ այսպիսի կոչեր էին անում ցուցարարները։ «Հեռանալը քիչ է, դու պիտի գաս, ժողովուրդը քեզ դատի, ռազմական տրիբունալ լինի, դավաճա՛ն»,- բավականին բորբոքված հայտարարում էր ցույցի մասնակիցներից մեկը։

Ցուցարարները մետաղադրամներ նետեցին կառավարության շենքի ուղղությամբ, նրանք բերել էին երկու խաղալիք, որոնք նույնպես նետեցին կառավարության շենքի մոտ, հայտարարելով՝ Փաշինյանի դստեր՝ Արփիի խաղալիքներն են վերադարձնում։

Ցուցարարները պարբերաբար փորձ էին անում մտնել կառավարության շենք, նրանց մի մասը մոտ տաս րոպեով փակեց Տիգրան Մեծ պողոտան, երթեւեկությունը կանգ էր առել, ոստիկանները ցուցարարներին ուժով եւ բերման ենթարկելով բացեցին փողոցը։ Մոտ մեկ տասնյակից ավելի ցուցարարներ բերման ենթարկվեցին։ Այս պահին պողոտան բաց է։

Ցուցարարների մի մասը կանգնած էին Տիգրան Մեծ փողոցին հարակից մայթին, ոստիկանները թույլ չէի տալիս նրանք անցնեն փողոցը։ Ցուցարարները հայտարարում էին, թե ոստիկանությունը խոչընդոտում է քաղաքացիների ազատ տեղաշարժը, եւ իրենք ընդամենը ցանկանում են անցնել փողոցը։ Ցուցարարները հետո երթ սկսեցին։
