Ցուցարարները՝ այդ թվում հասարակական քաղաքական գործիչներ հավաքվեցին նաեւ գլխավոր դատախազության շենքի առաջ՝ պահանջելով որ դատախազությունը չսպասարկի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շահերը, այլ հետամուտ լինի քրեական գործ հարուցելուն արդարադատությանը խոչընդոտելու համար:
Ցուցարարների մեջ էր նաեւ փաստաբան Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը: Նա պահանջում է, որ գլխավոր դատախազը գործ հարուցի, ինչի համար կան բոլոր իրավական հիմքերը. «Թող անի, եթե հայր, մայր ունի այս հողի վրա, եթե պապական գերեզման ունի»:
Փաստաբանը վստահ է, որ ի վերջո բազմաթիվ գործեր են հարուցվելու՝ ներառյալ պետական դավաճանության համար. «Մեր երեխաները զոհվել են, որովհետեւ դու «Սու» ես առել ֆեյսբուքի համար, օդը բաց է մնացել… Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանցագործ է, նա անհայրենիք է»:
