Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր ՊՆ-ում մասնակցում է ռազմաուսումնական հաստատությունների շրջանավարտների դիպլոմների հանձնման արարողությանը։
Նա խոսեց խաղաղության մասին. «ՀՀ-ն խաղաղասիրական պետություն է, որի երաշխավորն է ԶՈՒ-ն։ Մեզ պետք են այնպիսի զինված ուժեր եւ պետություն ու հասարակություն, որ բոլոր հակառակորդները հասկանան` մեզ հետ կռվի բռնվել իմաստ չունի, դրա հետեւանքը մեկն է` բոլոր հակառակորդների եւ թշնամիների պարտությունը եւ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ անվերապահ հաղթանակը»:
